We are already working on a solution before you even notice that there's a problem!
If your iQ 3.0 pellet boiler should not work as usual and needs help, then your system reports to us and to you
immediately by email. We then connect remotely with your pellet boiler and immediately see what the
problem is. If, for example, the boiler door has not been closed properly or the ash pan is full, we will inform you,
so that you can fix the problem with our help.

Each SOLARvent iQ 3.0 pellet biomass boiler thinks independently and informs you and our remote maintenance
customer service team of any problem with your boiler. Our technicians are available to work on your pellet
heating system 365 days per year.

Our direct service hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. Outside of these hours please leave

You do not have to explain, at length
on the phone, what the problem is.
We can see online and know what
the problem is. In most cases we can
remotely solve the problem or we can
work together to fix it.
